Founded in 1987, Metal Co., Ltd. is Zhuhai Gree Metal Forming Co., Ltd. under the former Gree Group. It is a comprehensive company with mold design and manufacturing, die-casting, machining and surface treatment capabilities. We focus on the medium and high-end die-casting product market, with a variety of products, and provide high-quality products for world-famous manufacturing enterprises. The customer group covers famous enterprises in automobile, aviation, medical equipment, precision machinery, electronics and other fields, such as Hella, Honeywell, Balluff, Carl Zeiss, Crane, SKS, Gree
The company launched the information management project - ERP in September 2006. In June 2007, the ERP project was successfully implemented, realizing the integrated information management from logistics management, production management and financial management.
The company passed the ISO9000 quality system certification of SGS for the first time in 1997, the AS9100 quality management system certification of BV in 2010, and the NADCAP certification in 2012.
Casting production: There are ten horizontal cold chamber die-casting machines with various models from 125 tons to 800 tons. In terms of post-processing of products, there are general equipment such as tilting press, shot blasting machine, sandblasting machine, milling machine, lathe, drilling machine, and precision processing equipment such as CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, CNC boring machine, and machining center.
Quality inspection and control: It mainly includes high-precision detection equipment such as spectral direct reading instrument, three-coordinate measuring machine, projector, metallographic microscope, surface roughness meter, gas momentum meter, hardness meter, and various detection instruments required for production.
Mold manufacturing: We adopt the internationally advanced computer-aided design and processing system, and are equipped with precision processing equipment such as machining centers and electric discharge machines.
Professional team: there are more than 20 professional teams engaged in die casting industry for nearly 20 years.
