The structural technology of precision parts processing refers to the requirements of parts design according to the characteristics of processing technology, that is to say, the structural design of parts will affect or decide the quality of processing. This marking method is not only easy to program, but also easy to coordinate between sizes, which brings convenience to maintain the consistency of design reference, process reference, test reference and programming origin.
(3) From the blank structure manufacturability: in order to meet the structure and process requirements of the blank, first of all, the blank processing allowance should be enough and as uniform as possible; Secondly, we should consider the reliability and convenience of the blank positioning in the process of processing, and then we should consider the reliability and convenience of the blank positioning in the process of clamping, so as to process as many surfaces as possible in a process of installation.
